How it works
A neural network splits the track into vocals and music. A speech recognizer (Whisper) places every word in time, the profanity detector — the same one that warns streamers on Stream-Q — marks the explicit words, and they're muted in the vocal with soft edges, no clicks. Then the stems are put back together.
If you add the lyrics, words are found more precisely — especially in fast rap. You can add your own words: names, brands, anything that isn't allowed on a particular platform.
Check the result
After processing you see the list of muted words with timecodes — listen to them. Recognition isn't perfect: a rare word can slip through, and an innocent one can be muted by mistake.
FAQ
How much does it cost?
The first 3 are free, then 15 Notes. Notes are Stream-Q's bonus currency: you earn them for tracks rated on streams; they can't be bought. If processing fails, the credit or Notes come back automatically.
Who will see my track?
Nobody: files are private, can only be downloaded from your account and are deleted after 14 days.
Can I process other people's tracks?
For yourself — rehearsing, learning, karaoke — yes. Publishing someone else's instrumental or a cappella as your own isn't allowed: the rights to the recording stay with the rights holder.
